What happens after you submit this

You will get an email to set your password, and your church's space is created straight away, so you can start setting up groups, reading plans and courses. There is no sales call and nothing to schedule.

If your email address is at your church's own web address (for example [email protected]), your church is approved on the spot. Otherwise we check that you belong to the church, usually within a few hours and always within 24. Until then you can set everything up; inviting members and appearing in church search wait for that check.

How long setting up actually takes

Most churches are ready in under half an hour. Creating the organization takes a couple of minutes. The rest is deciding what you want your people reading first, and inviting the leaders who will walk with them.

If your church uses Planning Center

Connect it once and your small groups come across with their rosters, so you are not retyping a list you already maintain. Planning Center stays the system of record: if somebody joins or leaves a group there, that is reflected here. Group leaders can then claim their own group and see how their members are getting on with a reading plan.

If you do not use Planning Center, nothing is lost. Groups can be created here directly.

What your members see

A daily reading with the passage in front of them, space to write what they are noticing, and whatever courses you have assigned. They can highlight verses, keep their own notes, and see their own progress. What a leader can see is limited, and it is explained to the member up front.

What a leader sees

Who is keeping up and who has gone quiet, at a glance, without having to ask. That is the point of the whole thing: a leader should not have to carry twelve people's spiritual lives in their head unaided.

What it costs
