Day 1: The Willing Spirit (Philip)
Scripture: Acts 8:26-40 Philip demonstrates the heart of a missionary who is ready and willing to go wherever God leads. When the angel of the Lord told him to go south to the desert road, Philip didn't question: he went. Key Insights: - Philip was sensitive to the Holy Spirit's leading - He crossed cultural boundaries to reach an Ethiopian official - He started where the man was (reading Isaiah) and led him to Jesus - Philip didn't wait for the "perfect" opportunity; he seized the moment God provided Reflection Questions: 1. How sensitive are you to God's promptings to share your faith? 2. What cultural or social boundaries might God be calling you to cross? 3. Are you prepared to explain the Gospel when opportunities arise? Prayer Focus: Ask God to give you Philip's willing spirit, ready to go wherever He leads, to whoever He sends you to, with whatever message He gives you.
